F 9/11: THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE
I've never seen Michael Moore's movie but I don't believe that it was a total lie. He makes documentaries for a living. That would mean that making something up would be the end of his career, or at least his credibility. I can't judge the film having not watched it, but I do think that Republicans should be as critical of their Party as they are of Democrats. If members of both Parties did this, we could avoid a lot of the frivolous claims that are made. Good post!

I don't agree with Byrd's background but I also think Republicans need to attack him on issues instead of name calling. There are more than a few Republicans who had been clan members at one time or another. Can't you guys put name calling and nastiness aside every now and then to discuss issues?

I am curious what it is that makes you, personally as the author of this site, anti-Democrat. For the life of me, I don't see how you can support a Party with the likes of DeLay, Trent Lott, Bill Frist, Tom Coburn and all the rest of the right-wingers. I don't dislike the Republican Party, only the fringe-folk who are running it. Please let me know how you can handle being in the same boat as those guys.

Killing someone you don't like is not something a true Christian would do. It's too bad Bush hasn't figured that one out. I guess that means he isn't a real Christian or at least, is very mislead.

I agree that the Schiavo case has been overdone. I feel for Terri and always have wished the GOP had not politicized her case and that her wishes had been honored, but what can one do? You can only read so many copies of the same revamped arguments before getting Schiavo Fever. My point is and always was that it is wrong to keep someone alive in misery if there is no current or upcoming cure, period. Sorry if you disagree friend but Terri deserves peace, not more fighting.
